Yes: up to four headsets on a single adapter. That is what makes it possible to train a new agent or have a supervisor listen in on a call, with no extra equipment.
What are the range and battery life of this Savi 8220?
180 m of wireless range, 13 hours of talk time and 50 hours on standby: three separate figures, the second being the one that matters for a call workstation.
Does this headset have active noise cancellation?
