Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can several headsets share the same adapter?
Yes: up to four headsets on a single adapter. That is what makes it possible to train a new agent or have a supervisor listen in on a call, with no extra equipment.
What are the range and battery life of this Savi 8220?
180 m of wireless range, 13 hours of talk time and 50 hours on standby: three separate figures, the second being the one that matters for a call workstation.
Does this headset have active noise cancellation?
Yes: ANC reduces ambient noise in your ears, while the noise-cancelling mic cleans up what the person you are talking to hears. The two serve different people and work together.
What is nearby conversation reduction?
It is the microphone feature that filters out the voices of colleagues close by rather than diffuse noise: on an open-plan floor, it is these neighbouring conversations that bother the person on the other end most.
What is in the Savi 8220 Office UC kit?
The headset, its charging stand, the USB-A adapter and a carry case. It connects straight away, with no installation, and the on-ear cushions are faux leather.
Are calls protected on this wireless link?
Yes, the wireless link is secure. The headset also includes SoundGuard Digital hearing protection against unexpected acoustic shock.
Is this POLY Savi 8220 UC new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging, stand and case included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this model, the 8D3F2AA.
