This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Are these Energy Sistem 1 earbuds really wireless?
The connection to the phone is wireless, via Bluetooth, but a flat cable links the two earbuds to each other. This wire carries the remote and the microphone, and it is designed to be tangle-free so it can be stored without knots.
How long do they last on a single charge?
Up to 8 hours of continuous listening, enough to cover a day of commuting, a workout session and the breaks in between. Eight hours in a row is the kind of battery life that means you don't have to think about it in the middle of the day.
Can you manage calls without taking out your phone?
Yes. A remote fitted on the wire handles playback, calls and volume with a simple press, and the microphone is built in. Your phone can stay in a pocket or bag for the whole conversation.
