1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Does the Razer Seiren V3 Mini require any software to be installed?
No: it is ready to use as soon as it is plugged in via USB, with no mandatory driver or software. The Razer Synapse software remains optional, for advanced settings.
Does this microphone pick up keyboard noise?
Its supercardioid pickup pattern is tightly focused on the voice and closed to keyboard noise: whatever reaches the sides of the microphone is largely rejected.
How do I mute the microphone and adjust the volume during a live stream?
Directly on the microphone: a tap-to-mute sensor with LED indicator, and a volume control on the body of the device. No keyboard shortcut to hunt for mid-session.
Can this microphone be mounted on a boom arm?
Yes: its stand is detachable and it is stated to be compatible with mic arms. The original tilting stand also has a built-in shock absorber.
Does this microphone work with Discord and OBS?
Yes: it is stated to be compatible with Discord, OBS Studio and XSplit. No special configuration is needed for them to recognise it.
