This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long do the Lenovo X9 Edition last?
7 hours of listening per charge, with noise cancelling off, and 36 hours in total with the case. If the battery gives out before a meeting, 10 minutes of charging give 2 hours of use; a full charge takes 1 hour for the earbuds and 1 hour 30 minutes for the case.
What difference does pairing them with a ThinkPad X9 make?
Pairing is instant, automatic call answering becomes available, and a triple tap switches from one device to the other. The PC also lends its processor to the Dolby Atmos sound and to the processing of the three microphones: the earbud and the machine work together.
How many microphones do these earbuds have?
Three per earbud, i.e. six in total, all dedicated to noise reduction. They pick up your voice while the ENC system filters out background chatter: that is what lets you hold a meeting from an open-plan office without imposing the floor’s atmosphere on the people you are talking to.
What is the difference between ANC and ENC on this model?
ANC cuts the noise that you hear: it shields you from the office floor or the tram. ENC cleans up what the other person hears, by filtering out the noise picked up by the microphones. The two work together, each on its own side of the call.
What can you do from the touch controls?
Answer, reject, hold or switch a call; play, pause, skip forward or back; and cycle through the three noise modes — ANC, Talk-through to let the outside world back in, and fully off. Everything is controlled from the earbud.
Does the music pause when you take out an earbud?
These earbuds feature in-ear detection, the function that recognises whether the earbud is being worn or not. At a workstation, it saves you hunting for the pause button when a colleague comes over and you pull out an earbud in one movement.
Are they resistant to dust and rain?
They are rated IP55. The first 5 indicates protection against dust, the second resistance to low-pressure water jets: sweat, a downpour or site dust have no consequence. It does not mean they are waterproof for immersion.
Which ear tip sizes are included?
Three extra pairs in XS, S and L come with the earbuds, alongside the charging case, the warranty document and the quick start guide. The parts in contact with the ear are made of silicone.
Are these earbuds discreet enough to wear all day?
Under 6 g per earbud, and under 47.3 g with the case: the whole set slips into a shirt pocket. The 12.2 mm drivers cover 20 to 20,000 Hz at 16 ohms, with Dolby Atmos rendering for content that supports it.
Are these Lenovo earbuds new and under warranty?
