1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

What does the Electro-Voice R300-L/B system include?
An ULM18 lavalier microphone, a BP-300 bodypack transmitter and the R-300-B receiver. The set is complete: the microphone clips onto the jacket lapel and leaves your hands completely free.
What is the battery life of this wireless system’s transmitter?
Over 14 hours on two AA batteries. A full day of conferences therefore runs on a single pair, with no change needed at the break.
Do the frequencies on this system have to be set manually?
No: the ClearScan function automatically selects a clear channel, and EZsync syncs the transmitter and receiver in a single step. Setting it up requires no knowledge of radio.
Does this system’s link drop out when you move around?
The receiver has dual diversity antennas, for a stable link with no dropouts. The principle: two antennas pick up the same signal, and the electronics keep the better one at every moment.
Does this lavalier microphone cause feedback?
The risk is limited by the cardioid polar pattern of the ULM18 microphone: it picks up what comes from the speaker and rejects part of what the room’s loudspeakers send back.
What is this Electro-Voice system designed for?
