Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

3 years warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can memory be added to this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5x-7500 is onboard, on the motherboard: the configuration you buy is final, and no slot is provided. That is the trade-off of a 13.3-inch ultraportable weighing 1.29 kg.
Does this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI have an RJ-45 network port?
No: the specifications list a wireless-only connection. A wired network connection therefore requires a USB-C adapter. The machine supports Wi-Fi 7, the latest generation, with a compatible router.
Is the keyboard on this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI resistant to liquids?
It is stated to be spill-resistant and is backlit, in French AZERTY, with a Clickpad-type touchpad. A knocked-over glass is therefore not necessarily fatal — a detail that sets a business range apart from a consumer laptop.
What ports does this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI have?
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, one display-capable USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, an HDMI 2.1 output and a headphone/microphone combo jack. Three of these ports can charge an external device even while the machine is in sleep mode.
Is the screen on this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI matte or glossy?
Matte: the 13.3-inch IPS panel is anti-glare and reaches 300 nits, at 1920 × 1200 in 16:10 format — taller than 16:9, so more lines visible per page. It covers 62.5% of the sRGB colour space.
How good is the Core Ultra 5 225U in this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI?
The U suffix denotes Intel's low-power line, chosen for battery life and quiet running. It has 12 cores and a built-in AI accelerator, which handles background blur or noise reduction locally during video calls.
How is this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI charged?
Via USB-C, with the supplied 65 W smart adapter: the same connector is used for charging, display and data. The battery is rated at 62 Wh, a generous capacity for a 1.29 kg chassis.
Is this HP EliteBook 8 G1i AI new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 3-year warranty for which the purchase invoice serves as the certificate. It comes with Windows 11 Pro, a 512 GB SSD and a fingerprint reader for signing in.
