This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Is Windows preinstalled on the HP EliteBook 8 G1i 14 CW5X8EA?
No: the machine boots into FreeDOS, without Windows. You will need a Windows 11 licence and an installation drive, or a Linux distribution. The hardware remains fully compatible — in fact, the infrared camera needs Windows before it can be used for facial recognition.
