Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How do you connect this Adapt 660 to the computer?
Through the supplied USB-A Bluetooth dongle, which comes already paired: plug it in and the headset is recognised, with no setup. The link uses Bluetooth 5.0 and reaches up to 25 m.
What happens when the battery runs out while travelling?
A 3.5 mm jack audio cable comes with the headset: plugged into a phone, a tablet or an aircraft seat socket, it lets you keep listening with no battery and no pairing.
What battery life and charging time does this headset offer?
Up to 25 hours of use claimed and 360 hours on standby, with a full charge in 3 hours. Enough to cover several days of travel with a single recharge in the evening.
How does the noise cancellation of this Adapt 660 work?
It is hybrid: microphones measure the noise outside and inside the ear cup to cancel it out. Combined with the over-ear cushions, which enclose the ear, it shields you from the noise of an open-plan office or an aircraft.
Does the microphone cope in an airport or an open-plan office?
A three-microphone system isolates your voice from ambient noise, over a range of 150 to 6,800 Hz. The microphones are built into the headset, with no boom in front of your face.
Which meeting platforms does this headset work with?
With Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, as well as Avaya, Unify, Mitel, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, RingCentral and Enreach. It is also Made for iPhone certified.
What is in the box of this Adapt 660?
The stereo headset, the Bluetooth dongle, a charging cable, a jack audio cable and a carrying pouch — the complete kit for moving from the office to the road.
227 g around the ears: is that heavy when travelling?
It is the weight of an over-ear headset with a battery and active noise cancellation: the cushions surround the ear instead of pressing on it, which spreads the load and lets you wear it for a long time.
Can this headset be configured from a phone or a PC?
Yes: EPOS Connect on the computer and its mobile app handle updates and audio preferences; EPOS Manager takes over to administer a company fleet remotely.
Is this EPOS Adapt 660 new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original EPOS packaging, dongle, cables and pouch included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year for this model, the 1001372.
