How long do the EPOS Adapt E1 last?

14 hours of listening with the earbuds alone, noise cancelling off, and 50 hours in total with the case. That is battery life well above the average for office earbuds, designed for full days of calls.

What if the battery runs out just before a meeting?

5 minutes of charging is enough to get going again for an hour. Another workaround: solo mode lets you carry on with a single earbud while the other recharges in the case — so a day of calls never has to stop.

Can the case be charged wirelessly?

Yes, inductive charging is supported: you place the case on a pad and off you go. A USB-C cable is also included in the box for wired charging.

What is the supplied dongle for?

The BTD 900c dongle, in USB-C, replaces the PC’s Bluetooth with a dedicated link. That is what ensures optimal audio quality and seamless integration with your company’s unified communications platform.

How do these earbuds protect your hearing?

With the EPOS ActiveGard sound level limiter, which clips peaks and limits exposure over long days of calls. It is an often-overlooked point, but it matters as soon as you spend several hours a day wearing earbuds.

How many ear tip sizes are included?
