This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What is MultiSensor Voice on the Jabra Evolve2 Buds?
A combination of four microphones, two bone-conduction sensors and Jabra’s own algorithms. The sensors read the vibration of your voice through the bone rather than through the air: that is what lets you be understood outdoors, in the wind, where a conventional microphone gives up.
Can you stay connected to your computer and phone at the same time?
Yes, that is Bluetooth multipoint: two simultaneous connections, with a notification when a call comes in on your mobile during a meeting on the computer. The earbuds also remember up to 8 paired devices.
What is the supplied USB adapter for?
It replaces the PC’s Bluetooth with a dedicated link: a more stable connection, fewer dropouts and a rated range of up to 20 m, enough to walk away from your desk without interrupting the call. It is the adapter that carries the certification for meeting platforms.
Are these earbuds certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes, for both. Microsoft Teams certification is only granted to devices that meet strict requirements for audio quality and user experience — among other things, it gives you meeting controls from the earbuds.
How long do the Evolve2 Buds last?
Up to 33 hours in total with noise cancelling on, case included. The earbuds alone last 8 hours with ANC, 10 hours without, and 5 hours of talk time. A full charge takes up to 120 minutes.
What if the battery runs out just before a meeting?
5 minutes of charging gives up to 1 hour of battery life. Another workaround: mono mode lets you use a single earbud while the other recharges in the case — so you can take call after call without ever stopping.
Can the case be charged wirelessly?
Yes, it is Qi certified and sits on an inductive charging pad. Wired charging is via USB-C. The wireless charging pad itself only comes with the product depending on the part number ordered: it is not always in the box.
What exactly is in the box?
The earbuds, the Link 390 Bluetooth adapter, three pairs of EarGels in silicone (S, M and L), the charging case, a 30 cm USB-C to USB-A cable, a USB-C to USB-A adapter, the documentation and the warranty leaflets.
How do you optimise noise cancelling for your ears?
With the MyFit feature in the Jabra Sound+ app: it detects the insertion best suited to your ears so you get the most out of ANC. Active noise cancelling depends as much on the seal of the ear tip as on its electronics.
Can you hear your surroundings without taking out the earbuds?
Yes, with HearThrough mode: it lets outside sounds back in while you order a coffee, hear a boarding announcement or answer a question. A quick switch, with no need to take an earbud out of your ear.
Do these earbuds protect your hearing over long days of calls?
They feature PeakStop protection, which clips sound peaks, and comply with the European directives on noise at work as well as the G616 standard. In-ear pressure limitation completes the setup.
Are they resistant to rain and dust?
They are rated IP57: the 5 indicates protection against dust, the 7 resistance to temporary immersion. They also operate from -5 °C to 45 °C, which covers winter commutes as well as Moroccan summers.
Are these earbuds really discreet to wear at the office?
They are the smallest in the manufacturer’s wireless range: 5.4 g per earbud at 19 × 16 × 18 mm, designed from a database of 62,000 scanned ears. The 75 × 38 × 28 mm case weighs 52 g and fits in a shirt pocket.
Are these Jabra earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. The part number is 20797-999-889. Full specifications are in the manufacturer’s datasheet.
