Frequently asked questions about this product

Which devices can you plug the JBL T110 into?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack: smartphone, tablet, computer, car stereo or console. No pairing, no battery to recharge — you plug in and the sound is there, from the first day to the last.
Does the flat cable prevent tangles?
That is exactly what it is for: a flat, durable cable does not coil up on itself like a round one, so it can be stored at the bottom of a bag without tangling. This is often what determines how long wired earphones actually last.
What ear tip sizes are included?
Three: S, M and L. Try them all before deciding — the ear tip determines the fit, how much bass you perceive and how much outside noise stays out.
How good is the JBL Pure Bass sound on the T110?
It relies on 9 mm dynamic drivers housed in durable shells, with 16 ohm impedance and a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response. The Pure Bass signature clearly emphasises the low end of the spectrum.
Can you answer a call without taking out your phone?
Yes: a one-button remote with a microphone is fitted on the cable. The same button controls playback and answers calls instantly — your phone can stay at the bottom of your bag.
Is there active noise cancellation?
No. The attenuation relies solely on the in-ear design and the ear tip, which seals the ear canal. This passive isolation works as soon as they are plugged in and with no battery, but depends entirely on choosing the right size.
Are they light enough to wear for long periods?
13.4 g in total, cable included, in a compact design. With three ear tip sizes to adjust the fit, they are suited to extended listening at work or on the move, without pressure points.
Are these JBL earphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. Full specifications are in the manufacturer's datasheet.
