How long do the blue JBL Sense Lite last?

Up to 8 h of listening from the earbuds alone, plus 24 h in the case, making 32 h in total. On calls, battery life drops to 5 h: the microphone and voice processing use more power than simple playback.

What if I leave without having charged them?

10 minutes on the charger give back 3 h of listening — enough to cover a last-minute trip. A full charge, from empty, takes 2 h.

Do you have to put an ear tip in your ear?

No: this model uses an ear hook design and works by air conduction, without inserting anything into the ear canal. The music reaches your ear, but your surroundings remain audible at all times.

How good are the drivers in these earbuds?

18 × 11 mm, a large size for an earbud, covering 20 Hz – 20 kHz with 32 ohms impedance. An adaptive bass boost algorithm strengthens the low end according to the volume — the answer to the main compromise of the open design.

How do calls perform outdoors?

Two beamforming microphones per earbud, four in total, focus pickup on your voice. The hydrodynamic windproof design greatly reduces distortion caused by air friction, which keeps calls usable while walking.

Can you run in light rain with them?

Yes: they are rated IP54, meaning protection against dust and water splashes. The open design is even an advantage outdoors, since you can still hear the traffic around you.

Can you keep your computer and phone connected together?

Yes, multipoint connection handles two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, switching without re-pairing: a video on your tablet no longer stops you from taking a call coming in on your mobile. The link uses Bluetooth 5.4.
