Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How good is the A18 Pro chip in this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver?
It is the same chip as in the iPhone Pro, here in a laptop: 6 CPU cores, 5 GPU cores and a 16-core Neural Engine dedicated to artificial intelligence tasks run on the device. An architecture designed above all for efficiency.
What battery life does this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver offer?
Up to 18 hours of video playback. This is the reference measurement: a working day with web browsing, video calls and open apps uses more. Fast charging is via USB-C, with a 30 W adapter.
How good is the display on this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver?
A 13.3-inch Liquid Retina display at 2560 × 1664, with 500 nits and P3 wide colour coverage — one billion colours —, and True Tone, which adjusts the display tint to the ambient light.
What connectivity does this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver have?
Two USB-C ports (USB 3.2) and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Charging is via one of the USB-C ports. For a rectangular USB flash drive, an HDMI output or an SD card, you will need an adapter.
Is the camera on this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver suitable for video calls?
Yes: a 1080p FaceTime HD camera with Center Stage, which keeps you centred in the frame as you move. It comes with three microphones and four speakers with spatial audio.
How much does this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver weigh?
1.29 kg, in a recycled aluminium chassis specified as ultra-thin. That is the weight of an ultraportable you can carry all day without thinking about it, with a 30 W USB-C charger that fits in a pocket.
Is the 8 GB of memory in this 13-inch MacBook Neo enough?
For its intended use — web, office work, light photo editing and Apple Intelligence —, yes. This is unified memory, shared by the CPU, the graphics and the Neural Engine with no intermediate copying, which improves its real-world efficiency.
Is this 13-inch MacBook Neo in Silver new and ready to use?
Yes, it is new and sealed, with the purchase invoice serving as the warranty document. It comes with a 256 GB SSD, Wi-Fi 6E with Bluetooth 5.3 and a backlit AZERTY Magic Keyboard.
