This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many hours of listening do the Urban Pulse offer?
5 h per charge from the earbuds, plus 17 h in the case, for 22 h in total. Five hours in a row cover a morning's work or several journeys: just put the earbuds back in their case between uses.
Are they sweat-resistant?
Yes: they are IPX4-certified, meaning protection against water splashes from any direction, sweat included. The X simply means that dust resistance has not been tested, not that it is absent.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none: True Wireless Stereo technology links them without a cable, and Bluetooth 5.3 handles the connection to the phone. Nothing runs behind your neck, leaving you complete freedom of movement.
Do calls come through in both ears?
Yes: the built-in microphone provides stereo calls, in both ears. This is far more comfortable than a mono headset during a long conversation, and saves you from having to raise your voice in a busy environment.
What sound can I expect from the Urban Pulse?
Deep Bass technology clearly emphasises the low end: deep, punchy bass, designed for modern music on the move, where the bass has to cut through the background noise of the street.
What is in the box?
The Urban Pulse earbuds, their charging case and a USB Type-C cable. Since the cable is included, there is nothing else to buy, and the connector is the one used by recent phones.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. No electronics cancel outside noise: how much of the street you hear depends solely on how the earbud sits in your ear. For long periods on public transport, a model with active noise cancellation remains more comfortable.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
