How long does the battery last on the ScreenSound?
5 h of listening per charge from the earbuds, which then recharge in the supplied case. Five hours in a row cover a morning: you need to get into the habit of putting them back in their case between uses.
How is the case charged?
Via a USB-C connector, the same as on recent phones: so a single cable is enough when travelling. It is the case that recharges the earbuds throughout the day.
How far can I move away from my phone?
Up to 20 m, with no obstacles in between. In practice, you can leave your phone on a desk and move around the room, or leave it in the next room without the connection dropping.
Does the noise reduction affect what I hear?
No: it applies to the microphone, and therefore to what the person you are talking to hears during a call. It keeps your voice clear in noisy surroundings, but does not reduce street noise on your side — two different things that are often confused.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none: these are two independent True Wireless earbuds, compact and lightweight, small enough to slip into a pocket. Nothing runs behind your neck or to the phone.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
