This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

No: the machine boots into FreeDOS, without Windows. You will need a Windows 11 licence and an installation drive, or a Linux distribution. The hardware remains fully compatible — the infrared camera and the Copilot key simply need the operating system before they can be used.
