Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you connect an external monitor to the USB-C port of this HP 15-fc0127nk?
No: this USB-C port transfers data only, at 5 Gb/s, and supports neither charging nor display output. For a second screen, use the HDMI output. And to charge the laptop, the dedicated power connector remains essential.
Can you add memory to this HP 15-fc0127nk?
No: the 8 GB of LPDDR5-5500 is built into the motherboard and the number of accessible slots is zero. The configuration you buy is therefore final: check this if you work with large files or many tabs at once.
What battery life can you expect from this HP 15-fc0127nk?
Up to 12 hours in general use and up to 12 hours 30 minutes of video playback, from a 41 Wh battery. Fast charging brings the laptop back up to 50% in about 45 minutes, with the device switched off, using the supplied 45 W smart adapter.
How good is the Ryzen 5 7520U in this HP 15-fc0127nk?
The U suffix denotes AMD's low-power line, chosen for battery life and quiet running. This Ryzen 5 7520U has 4 cores and 8 threads up to 4.3 GHz with 4 MB of cache: office work, email and browsing with several tabs are its territory.
What is the screen resolution of this HP 15-fc0127nk?
1366 × 768 on a 15.6-inch diagonal: a basic resolution, fine for word processing and the web but limiting when displaying two windows side by side. The panel is anti-glare, rated at 250 nits with 45% NTSC colour gamut.
Does the keyboard of this HP 15-fc0127nk have a numeric keypad?
Yes, it is a full-size French AZERTY keyboard with a numeric keypad — handy for accounting entries or spreadsheets. The HP Imagepad touchpad supports Windows precision gestures.
Does this HP 15-fc0127nk have an RJ-45 network port?
No, there is no Ethernet port on this chassis: wired networking goes through a USB adapter. For wireless, the card is a Wi-Fi 6 2x2 with Bluetooth 5.4, more than enough for office work and video conferencing.
Is this HP 15-fc0127nk new and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, covered by a 1-year warranty for which the purchase invoice serves as the certificate. It comes with Windows 11 Home and a 512 GB SSD in M.2 NVMe format, and weighs 1.59 kg with a thickness of 1.86 cm.
