Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Keyboard : manufacturers' images are international: our computers ship with an AZERTY (French) keyboard, even when the photo shows a QWERTY one.
  • Visible features : a fingerprint reader, backlit keyboard, webcam, numeric keypad or card reader glimpsed in the image are not necessarily present on this exact reference.
  • Ports and connectors : the number, type and position of the ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, RJ45) change from one configuration to another within a single photographed series.
  • Display : the image shown on the screen is a composite; resolution, touch panel and bezel thinness are those of the specifications.
  • Operating system : the Windows desktop visible in the photo implies neither a Windows licence nor an Office suite installed: the specifications state the system actually delivered.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

1 year warranty — free repair in Morocco if it breaks down during the warranty period

1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Is the keyboard of this HP 15-fd1068nk backlit?
No, this configuration comes with a non-backlit AZERTY keyboard, but it has a full numeric keypad. This is the point to know before ordering if you often work in the evening or in a dimly lit room.
Can you add memory to this HP 15-fd1068nk?
No: the number of user-accessible memory slots is zero. On the other hand, the 32 GB of DDR5-5600 already installed is an unusually large reserve for this range, more than enough for demanding multitasking.
What battery life does this HP 15-fd1068nk offer?
Two figures are given: up to 6 hours 15 minutes in general use and up to 10 hours of video playback only. The first is the one to go by. The 41 Wh battery is modest for an H-series processor: take the charger with you for a full day.
What does the “H” in the Core Ultra 7 155H of this HP 15 mean?
The H denotes Intel's high-performance line, with a much higher power budget than an ultraportable's U series. This Core Ultra 7 155H has 16 cores and 22 threads up to 4.8 GHz, with Intel Arc graphics and an NPU for AI.
Does this HP 15-fd1068nk have a fingerprint reader?
No, this configuration has no biometric recognition: you sign in to Windows with your password or PIN. On the camera side, privacy is ensured by a physical shutter and by a microphone mute key.
Does this HP 15-fd1068nk have an Ethernet port?
No, there is no RJ-45 port on this chassis. Networking goes through the built-in Wi-Fi 6, or through a USB-to-Ethernet adapter plugged into one of the two 5 Gb/s USB-A ports. Bluetooth 5.4 completes the set for your mouse and headset.
Can you connect an external monitor to this HP 15-fd1068nk?
Yes, in two ways: the HDMI 1.4b output or the 10 Gb/s USB-C port, which supports DisplayPort. That same USB-C port handles power delivery and the HP Sleep and Charge feature, which charges a phone even when the PC is in sleep mode.
Is 1.59 kg for a 15.6-inch laptop still easy to carry?
Yes, it is actually light for this screen size: 1.59 kg for 35.98 × 23.6 cm and 1.86 cm thick. You will still need to pack the 65 W AC charger, as the 41 Wh battery does not last a full day of intensive work.
Is the HP 15-fd1068nk new, ready to use and under warranty?
Yes, it is new and sealed, with Windows 11 Home already installed: all that is left is to create your user account. It is covered by a 1-year warranty, and pairs 32 GB of memory with a 1 TB SSD — a generous configuration for a 15-inch laptop.
