1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Can you connect two devices at once?
Yes, the multipoint connection links two devices at the same time: you switch from phone to computer without re-pairing. It is the feature that makes a real difference day to day when you alternate between meetings and calls in the same day.
What are these earbuds made of?
100% recycled GRS-certified plastic — under the Global Recycled Standard, which verifies the traceability of the material — with FSC-certified packaging. Two audited labels, where eco-friendly claims are often limited to a printed statement.
How much does the noise cancellation reduce noise?
Up to 30 dB of outside noise removed while listening. That is what pushes the chatter of a shared office or the rumble of a train into the background, instead of letting it drown out the music.
How long do they last?
5 h of listening per charge and 25 h in total with the case, which charges via USB-C. The case therefore holds most of the reserve: it is what turns a morning's listening into several days.
Do calls come through in both ears?
Yes: four microphones pick up your voice and calls come through in stereo. That is more comfortable than a mono headset when the conversation drags on, and it helps you make yourself understood without straining in a noisy environment.
Can you wear them while doing sport?
Yes: the IPX4 rating protects them from water splashes from any direction, sweat included. A workout or a rain shower on the way is therefore not a problem.
Can you access the voice assistant from the earbuds?
Yes, by voice: your phone's assistant is triggered directly from the earbuds, without unlocking the screen. Useful for starting a track or dictating a message when your hands are full.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. This model comes in a lavender colour: it is the Lavender variant of the Serenity ANC range.
