What does hybrid noise cancellation actually remove?

Up to -35 dB of outside noise, or 95% less ambient sound. The hybrid approach combines outer and inner microphones: it also corrects what has got past the ear tip, whereas simple ANC stops at the outside.

Do you need to buy a pad for wireless charging?

No: the wireless charging pad is included in the box, and the case is Qi-compatible. The pad can also be used to charge a compatible phone, which makes it a useful accessory beyond the earbuds.

How many microphones are there for calls?

Six, spread across the two earbuds, with calls delivered in stereo. That is what lets you stay intelligible on the street: more microphones means more information to separate your voice from background noise.

How many hours of battery life do they offer?

25 hours, enough to last the day between music and calls without worrying about charging. The case recharges on the supplied wireless pad, or via the USB-C cable, also in the box.

Which ear tip sizes are supplied?

Three: S, M and L. That is no minor detail on a noise-cancelling model — an ear tip that seals the ear canal properly does half the work, leaving the electronics to correct only what remains.

Can you take them to the gym?

Yes: they are certified IPX4, resistant to sweat and splashes. An intense workout or light rain on the way is not a problem. The rating does not, however, cover immersion.

Can you call up the voice assistant from the earbuds?

Yes, your phone's assistant is triggered directly from the earbuds, by voice command. You can start a track, ask a question or dictate a message without unlocking the screen.

What are these earbuds made of?

100% recycled GRS-certified plastic, with sustainable FSC-certified packaging. The first label guarantees the traceability of the recycled material, the second the origin of the cardboard: two verifiable commitments rather than a marketing claim.

Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?

Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. The connection uses Bluetooth 5.4, described as offering maximum stability, and this model comes in pink.
