1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How many hours of listening do the Urban Pulse offer?
5 h per charge in the earbuds, plus 17 h from the case, for 22 h in total. Five hours in a row cover a morning or several journeys: just put the earbuds back in their case between uses.
What sound profile do these earbuds have?
A Deep Bass profile, with boosted bass that carries. It is a deliberate signature, tailored to music on the move — where the low end needs to cut through the background noise of the street rather than stay neutral.
Are they sweat-resistant?
Yes: they are certified IPX4, protection against water splashes from any direction, sweat included. The X simply indicates that dust resistance has not been tested, not that it is absent.
Do calls come through in both ears?
Yes: the built-in microphone delivers stereo calls, in both ears. That is more comfortable than a mono headset when the conversation goes on, and it helps you make yourself understood without straining in a busy environment.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none at all: these are two independent True Wireless earbuds. Nothing runs behind your neck or to your phone, leaving you complete freedom of movement when walking or doing sport.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. No electronics cancel outside noise: what you hear of the street depends solely on how the earbud sits in your ear. For extended use on public transport, a model with active noise cancellation remains more comfortable.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. The charging case is compact, easy to slip into a pocket, and charges via USB-C. This model comes in olive.
