It is a 3-in-1 refillable ink tank multifunction printer (MegaTank): it prints, copies and scans in colour, with Wi-Fi, at the office or at home.
How many pages can you print with the ink supplied with the G3410?
It comes with high-yield ink bottles: up to 6,000 pages in black and 7,000 pages in colour. That is what gives it a particularly low cost per page for printing large volumes.
Which inks does the Canon PIXMA G3410 use?
It uses 4 separate GI-490 ink tanks (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) and a hybrid ink system: a pigment black for sharp documents and dyes for vivid photos.
Is the G3410's print head permanent or replaceable?
Unlike some printers with a permanent built-in head, the G3410 uses replaceable FINE print heads. If a problem arises after a long period of inactivity, the head can therefore be changed without replacing the whole printer.
Does the Canon PIXMA G3410 offer automatic duplex printing?
No: duplex printing is manual. You have to turn the sheet over yourself to print on both sides.
Does the G3410 have an Ethernet port?
No: it connects via Wi-Fi and USB only (no wired network port). Wi-Fi lets you print from a smartphone, a tablet and the cloud via the Canon PRINT app and PIXMA Cloud Link.
Is a USB cable supplied with the Canon G3410?
