1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Faulty straight out of the box? Some brands offer an immediate exchange, others a repair. Contact us to find out what applies to your product.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Is the Poly Sync 40-M enough for a large room?
It is aimed at small rooms and flexible workspaces. For a larger room, two units pair wirelessly with each other: that is the answer Poly provides, rather than pushing a single device beyond its range.
What is the battery life of the Poly Sync 40-M?
Up to 30 hours of talk time, on an internal lithium-ion battery. This is talk time, not standby time: it covers several days of meetings without a cable.
How many microphones does the Poly Sync 40-M have?
Three, in an array: they focus on the voice and reduce surrounding noise. This is what stops an air conditioner or a busy corridor from drowning out the speaker.
What difference does full duplex make during a meeting?
It allows two people to speak at the same time without one cutting the other off. Without it, the speakerphone switches from one direction to the other and the beginnings of sentences are lost — the most common problem in video conferencing.
How does the Poly Sync 40-M connect?
In two ways: via Bluetooth for a smartphone, or via a USB-A or USB-C cable for a computer — the 1.05 m cable is attached to the device, and both connectors are provided.
What does the Poly Sync 40-M's IP64 rating mean?
It is dust-tight and protected against water splashes from any direction. For a device carried from room to room and set down on tables where people drink coffee, that is a real benefit.
