Non-contractual photos

The visuals on this page are supplied by the manufacturer. They are frequently produced for a whole range — not for the exact model you are viewing: what you see in the photo is never a promise of what is included.

No exchange, return or cancellation will be accepted on the grounds that something seen in a photo (accessory, port, colour, keyboard layout, packaging…) is not found on the delivered product. Only the specifications written on the page are binding for the order.

What the image does not guarantee:

  • Staging : microphone stand, boom arm, pop filter, mounts and ambient speakers photographed are not included unless stated.
  • Quantity : the number of speakers or channels visible in the image does not necessarily match the set sold.
  • Cables and tips : the cables, adapters, ear tips and cases supplied are those listed in the specifications.
  • Specifications : Bluetooth, jack socket, USB, noise cancellation and battery life cannot be read from a photo.
  • Colour : one image often serves several colours, and the shade you see depends on studio lighting as much as on your screen settings; the colour sold is the one in the title and the specifications.
  • Props and accessories : the items shown around the product (cables, stands, decorative objects, content displayed on screen) are not included unless explicitly stated.
  • Packaging : boxes, labels and bundles change with the manufacturer's revisions: the packaging delivered may differ from the one in the photo.

What is binding: the product title, this page's technical specifications, the description and, when provided, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet available in the downloads.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What battery life and charging time can you expect?
13 hours of talk time and 52 hours on standby, with a full recharge in 2 hours on the supplied charging base. The day is covered, and a night is enough to top it up fully.
Can you answer calls and mute the microphone from the headset?
Yes, the call, volume and mute controls are on the ear cup: you keep your hands free and your attention on the screen, without going back to the base or the software.
Is this Savi 7320 certified for Microsoft Teams?
Yes, part number 8Y9B9AA is the Microsoft Teams certified version: meetings can be joined without manual setup, in a stereo format with two on-ear earpieces.
How does a DECT link differ from Bluetooth?
It goes through a radio base dedicated to voice, independent of the computer's Bluetooth: you move around the office while staying on the line, untethered and without depending on the range of a dongle.
160 g in stereo: is it comfortable over a day?
It is a common weight for a stereo DECT headset, whose battery and radio electronics account for their share. Both earpieces are on-ear, resting on the ear to help you concentrate on the person you are talking to.
Is this POLY Savi 7320 Teams new and under warranty?
Yes, new in its original Poly packaging, charging base included. Your invoice serves as the warranty document and covers 1 year on this model, the 8Y9B9AA.
