1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What does the IP44 rating of the Energy Sistem Sport 2 mean?
Two kinds of protection at once: the first 4 covers solid objects larger than 1 mm, the second covers splashing water from any direction. Sweat from a workout and light rain are therefore covered — which is exactly what these sports earbuds are designed for.
Do they stay in place during an intense workout?
That is what they are made for: the Secure-Fit+ system provides a stable fit even during the most intense exertion, and it is complemented by interchangeable ear tips and fittings to fine-tune the fit to the shape of each ear.
How long do the Sport 2 last?
Up to 20 h in total, including the charging case. The compact case recharges the earbuds between workouts and slips into a gym bag without taking up space. The case itself charges via a USB-C connector.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none at all: True Wireless Stereo technology links the two earbuds without a cable, and Bluetooth 5.0 provides a stable connection to the phone. Nothing runs behind your neck — a real comfort when running or in the gym.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction comes solely from the in-ear design and the ear tip you choose. For sport, that is often preferable: you can still hear the traffic or what is going on in the gym, which active noise cancellation would shut out.
Can you adjust the fit if the earbuds move around?
Yes: interchangeable ear tips and fittings are supplied for a custom fit. It is the most useful adjustment on sports earbuds — a proper fit removes both the risk of them falling out and the discomfort after an hour of exercise.
