1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.

Frequently asked questions about this product

What protection rating do the FE 300 have?
IPX4: protection against splashing water from any direction, sweat included. The X simply indicates that dust resistance has not been tested. It is the right rating for a gym workout or a run in light rain.
Do they stay in place during intense exercise?
That is what they are made for: the Secure-Fit+ system relies on interchangeable ear wings that keep them firmly in place even during the most sustained exertion. It is the most useful adjustment on sports earbuds, even ahead of the sound.
How long do the FE 300 last?
4 h per charge in the earbuds, plus 16 h in the case, for 20 h in total. The earbuds charge fully in 1 h 30 min, the case in 2 h over USB-C. Four hours in a row easily covers a workout and the journey there and back.
How far from the phone does the connection hold?
Up to 10 metres, over Class 2 Bluetooth 5.0 in the 2.4 GHz band. That is enough to leave your phone on a gym bench and walk over to a machine, but not to leave it in a locker at the other end of the building.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none at all: True Wireless Stereo technology links the two earbuds without a cable, and Bluetooth 5.0 handles the connection to the phone. Nothing runs behind your neck, which matters when you are running or doing floor work in the gym.
How good are the FE 300 drivers?
8 mm with a neodymium magnet, with a response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It is a compact size, consistent with sports earbuds where lightness and a secure fit take priority over the volume of air moved by the diaphragm.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction comes solely from the in-ear design and the ear wing you choose. For sport, that is often preferable: you can still hear the traffic or what is going on in the gym, which active noise cancellation would shut out.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
