Frequently asked questions about this product
Which devices can you plug these earphones into?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack: smartphone, tablet, computer, car radio or console. No pairing, no battery to charge — plug in and the sound is there, instantly.
What can you do from the remote on the cable?
Adjust the volume, control music and video playback, and answer or end a call. The built-in mic picks up your voice: your phone can stay in your pocket from start to finish.
Why this earphone shape rather than a standard earbud?
Because it is designed to follow the contours of the ear, giving a stable fit — secure enough to stay in during a workout. That is the first comfort criterion for earphones you wear for several hours at a time.
Can you use them during a workout?
Yes: they are stated as sweat- and splash-resistant, and their shape keeps them in place during exercise. With no battery or pairing, they are also always ready, which suits sports use.
Is there active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction comes from the closed design and the in-ear fit, which limit outside noise getting in. It is passive isolation: it uses no power and works as soon as you plug in, but depends on how they sit in your ear.
Are these earphones new and under warranty?
Yes, new and genuine, with the invoice serving as the warranty document for 1 year. They come in white. Keep the invoice: it is the document requested for any warranty service.
