This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do you need to install a driver to get 7.1 surround sound?
No: the 7.1 surround of the Legion E510 is specified as driverless. It is processed in the control unit, not by software installed on the machine — you plug in the USB-C and the positioning of footsteps or gunfire around you is immediate.
Why two drivers per earbud?
Because they share the work: a 10 mm dynamic driver handles the bass, while a balanced armature measuring 5 × 2.69 × 1.94 mm takes care of the treble. Each one handles the range where it excels, which gives detailed highs without sacrificing the bass.
What can you adjust from the in-line remote?
The volume, playback, microphone mute, as well as toggling the sound effects and the RGB lighting. Everything is within reach without taking your eyes off the game: it is the control unit that handles the 7.1 surround and the high-resolution audio.
What type of cable, and how long?
A USB-C to USB-C cable of 1.5 m. This length is designed for a gaming setup: the tower can sit on the floor and the cable still reaches the port without pulling. The USB-C connector extends compatibility to PCs, phones and tablets.
Which operating systems are these earbuds supported on?
The systems listed are Windows 11 and Windows 10. The USB-C connection also extends compatibility to phones and tablets with this port, for listening and calls.
Does the mic pick up your voice well during a game?
It is an omnidirectional analogue silicon microphone, covering 50 Hz – 10 kHz, with a sensitivity of -38 dBV and a signal-to-noise ratio rated at 64 dB(A). A dedicated button mutes it instantly from the remote, without leaving the game.
What is in the box of the Legion E510?
The earbuds, three pairs of ear tips, a carrying pouch, the warranty card and the quick start guide, all in a 140 × 58 × 175 mm gift box. The pouch keeps the cable from tangling in a backpack.
What frequency range is covered?
20 Hz to 40 kHz, i.e. double the upper limit of human hearing: that is what earns these earbuds their high-resolution audio support. Expect 32 ohms of impedance and 94 dB of sensitivity at 1 kHz.
Are they bulky for a gamer on the move?
Just 26 g, for earbuds measuring 24.6 × 19.7 × 21.8 mm: they fit in a pocket, pouch included. That is the selling point of this format compared with a gaming headset — 7.1 surround without the bulk of an over-ear headset.
Can they handle outdoor use or a hot room?
The specified operating range is -10 °C to 45 °C, with a permitted humidity of 20 to 95%. That covers both a bedroom without air conditioning in summer and use on the move in cold weather.
