1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the Ugreen EP105 work on a phone without a headphone jack?
Yes, that is precisely what they are for: they end in a USB-C plug and connect directly to a smartphone, tablet or PC fitted with that port. No adapter, no dongle to add.
Do they need charging or pairing?
Neither. These earphones are wired: no battery to keep an eye on, no pairing to redo. They work as soon as they are plugged in and are always ready to use, which makes them an ideal backup alongside wireless earbuds.
Do they have active noise cancellation?
No. The isolation comes from the in-ear design and the soft ear tips, which seal the ear canal and block out part of the ambient noise. It is passive noise reduction: it uses no power, but it depends entirely on choosing the right ear tip.
Can I manage calls and music without taking out my phone?
Yes. An in-line remote is fitted on the cable with a built-in mic: you answer, hang up and control playback with a simple gesture, while the phone stays in your pocket or bag for the whole journey.
Do they also work with a computer?
Yes, on any PC with a compatible USB-C port, as well as on a tablet. The connection stays digital from end to end, advertised as stable and lossless: that is what sets a USB-C plug apart from a simple analogue cable.
Do the ear tips stay securely in the ear?
They are designed to: soft ear tips and an ergonomic shape provide a fit that is both secure and comfortable, even while walking. It is also this fit that determines how well the passive isolation works and how present the bass is.
