Is the stylus included with the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip TP3407SA?
Yes, the stylus and a backpack are included free with this model — most convertibles sell the stylus separately. The screen is a touchscreen and supports pen input, which opens the door to handwritten note-taking and document annotation.
How does the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip turn into a tablet?
The hinge rotates through 360°: the screen folds all the way behind the keyboard for tablet use, or stands in tent mode for a presentation. The chassis has also passed MIL-STD-810H testing — useful on a form factor that gets handled far more than a conventional laptop.
Is the OLED screen on the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip suited to creative work?
It is a 14-inch OLED touchscreen covering 95% of DCI-P3, with a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, 1.07 billion colours and a 0.2 ms response time. It stays at 60 Hz and peaks at 300 nits.
Can the 16 GB of RAM in the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip be expanded?
No. The 16 GB of LPDDR5X is soldered to the motherboard and is the maximum capacity the machine supports: nothing to add, nothing to replace. This is the point to weigh up before buying — the 1 TB SSD, on the other hand, leaves plenty of storage headroom.
Does the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip have a memory card reader?
Yes, a microSD card reader is built in. It sits alongside a Thunderbolt 4 port, a 20 Gbps USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port that handles display output and power, a 5 Gbps USB-A port, an HDMI 2.1 port and a combo audio jack.
How good is the Core Ultra 7 256V in the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip?
It has 8 cores and 8 threads running from 1.8 to 4.8 GHz, with 12 MB of cache and an AI accelerator rated at 47 trillion operations per second. It is a chip built for battery life: heavy office work, photo editing and video conferencing are fine, 3D rendering is not.
Does the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip support facial recognition sign-in?
Yes, the webcam is a Full HD camera with an infrared sensor, compatible with Windows Hello: you unlock the laptop simply by sitting in front of the screen. It also has a physical privacy shutter, which covers the lens when you are not using it.
Does the Asus Vivobook 14 Flip have an RJ45 network port?
No, there is no built-in Ethernet port: networking goes through 2x2 tri-band Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. For a wired connection, a USB adapter will do, or a docking station connected to the Thunderbolt 4 port.
