Frequently asked questions about this product

How many hours does the Evolve2 75 last with ANC on?
Four figures, two uses: on calls, 24 h without ANC or busylight, 18 h with both; for music, 36 h without ANC, 33 h with it. Go by the lower figures: they are the ones that reflect real-world use.
How long does the battery take to recharge?
160 minutes for a full charge, with 30% reached in 35 minutes and 60% in 70 minutes. Wired charging is over USB-C, with the supplied 1.2 m cable.
Does the headset know when it has been put down on the desk?
Yes, the Evolve2 75 has on-head detection: it knows whether it is on your head or lying on the desk. This is what allows the headset to react automatically when you take it off in the middle of a meeting.
Why does this Jabra headset have eight microphones?
Eight: four analogue MEMS and four digital. Four of them are used by Jabra Advanced ANC noise cancellation, while the others pick up your voice on the retractable mic boom.
Can you hear what is going on around you without taking the headset off?
Yes, thanks to HearThrough mode, which lets outside sounds in on demand. Conversely, active noise cancellation closes the bubble when you need to concentrate.
Is the supplied adapter USB-C on this part number?
Yes, this part number comes with the Jabra Link 380 Bluetooth adapter in USB-C, already paired, and the smartphone connects over direct Bluetooth 5.2. The headset remembers 8 devices and keeps 2 connected at the same time, up to 30 m.
Does this headset support the AAC codec for music?
AAC and SBC. AAC is the codec used by Apple devices and most music services: it is what lets this professional headset also hold its own for music listening.
