How do you control the Urban 1 without your phone?
With a touch control on the earbuds: music and calls are handled with one finger, without taking your phone out of your pocket. A microphone is built in so you can take conversations hands-free.
How long do they last?
Up to 20 h of battery life with the charging case, described as compact and lightweight. The case recharges the earbuds between listening sessions and lets you go several days of commuting without plugging in.
How far can you move away from your phone?
Up to 20 metres, with no obstacles between the two. In practice, you can put your phone down on a desk and move around the room, or leave it in the living room and walk into the kitchen, without the connection dropping.
Do these earbuds have active noise cancellation?
No. No electronics cancel out the outside noise: what you hear from the street depends solely on how the earbud sits in your ear. For extended use on public transport, a model with active noise cancellation is more comfortable.
Is there a wire between the two earbuds?
No, none at all: they are two independent True Wireless earbuds. Nothing runs behind your neck or to the phone, which leaves you complete freedom of movement in everyday use.
Are these Energy Sistem earbuds new and under warranty?
