1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

The warranty covers breakdowns occurring under normal use, as defined by the brand's terms. Product breakage (drop, impact, liquid…) is not covered, nor are certain consumable parts.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does the ATR2500x-USB require an audio interface?
No: it is a USB mic that plugs straight into a PC or a Mac. No interface or preamp is needed between the mic and the computer.
What is the recording quality of the ATR2500x-USB?
24-bit at 192 kHz. This is a higher resolution than the 16-bit/48 kHz of entry-level USB mics: it leaves more headroom at the editing stage.
Can I listen to myself on headphones while recording?
Yes: a headphone output is built into the mic. You hear what it picks up, as it picks it up, without going through the computer's sound card.
Does this mic pick up room noise?
Its cardioid polar pattern focuses it on what is in front of it and attenuates the sides. Combined with its condenser capsule, it limits the pickup of ambient noise without acoustic treatment of the room.
