1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

How much noise do the Shure SE112 actually block?
Up to 37 dB of outside noise, achieved purely through Sound Isolating technology: the ear tips do the work by sealing the ear canal. A figure that explains why these earphones are used on stage as much as on public transport.
Does the isolation of the Shure SE112 work all the time?
Yes, all the time. The attenuation is mechanical: it comes from the ear tip sealing the ear canal, not from electronics. It works as soon as the earphones are in place, with no setting to adjust or anything to switch on, and its effectiveness does not change over time.
Is the Shure SE112 cable detachable?
No, it is a fixed-cable design, ending in a standard 3.5 mm jack. It is a choice made for durability: fewer connectors mean fewer weak points on equipment built to withstand the rigours of the stage.
How are the Shure SE112 worn?
Your choice: over the ear, with the cable running behind the outer ear, or straight down like conventional earphones. Over-the-ear wear is what musicians use on stage — it stabilises the earphone and eliminates cable friction noise.
What is in the box of the Shure SE112-GR?
The earphones, a carrying pouch and three pairs of Soft Flex ear tips in sizes S, M and L. It is this custom fit that determines the isolation: a wrongly sized ear tip loses both the bass and the advertised 37 dB.
