This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Can you add memory to this MSI Modern F13M?
Yes. The 16 GB is fitted on a single memory module, in a chassis that has two SO-DIMM slots and accepts up to 64 GB of DDR5-5600. One slot is therefore free: a second module can be added without removing anything.
Why does a second memory module make a difference to graphics?
Because Intel Iris Xe graphics require dual-channel memory to run at full capacity. With the single module supplied, it performs at the level of Intel UHD graphics. Adding a second, identical module unlocks the advertised graphics performance, as well as smoother multitasking.
Can you add a second SSD to this MSI Modern F13M?
No: there is only one M.2 slot, NVMe PCIe Gen4, already taken by the 512 GB SSD. MSI also states that replacing this drive must be done by a service centre. So choose the capacity you need from the start, or plan for an external drive.
Can you connect an external monitor to this MSI Modern F13M?
Yes, in two ways: the HDMI output, limited to 4K at 30 Hz, and the USB-C port, which carries DisplayPort. For comfortable use of a 4K desktop monitor, USB-C is the better choice: HDMI's 30 Hz is noticeable when you move the mouse.
Does this MSI Modern F13M charge through its USB-C port?
Yes. The USB-C port supports Power Delivery 3.0, so it accepts a compatible universal charger or power bank. The original 65 W adapter is still included in the box, but you can travel with a single charger for both the laptop and your phone.
Does this MSI Modern F13M have an RJ-45 network port?
Yes, a Gigabit Ethernet port is built in despite the chassis being only 19.9 mm thick — most ultraportables of this size have dropped it. For wireless, the card is an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 with Bluetooth 5.3.
Which USB ports does this MSI Modern F13M have?
Three USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports and one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, which is faster and handles data, display and charging. On top of these come a microSD card reader, a combined headphone/microphone jack and the dedicated power input.
Does the webcam on this MSI Modern F13M have a privacy cover?
Yes, a physical shutter slides over the lens: no software can bypass it. The camera itself is 720p at 30 frames per second, adequate for video calls but a step below a Full HD webcam.
How good is the Core i5-1334U in this MSI Modern F13M?
The U suffix denotes Intel's low-power range, built for battery life and quiet operation. This 13th-generation i5-1334U has 10 cores (2 performance and 8 efficiency) and a peak of 4.6 GHz: office work, web browsing and video calls at the same time suit it well.
Is the keyboard on this MSI Modern F13M AZERTY and backlit?
Yes, a French AZERTY keyboard with white backlighting and a dedicated Copilot key for the Windows 11 assistant. The backlighting lets you type on a plane or in a dark room without an extra lamp.
