1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Do the JBL Tune 110 need pairing before use?
No, they are wired: the 3.5 mm jack plugs into a phone, tablet or computer and the sound starts straight away. No battery, no pairing, no updates — and nothing that can run out of charge.
What exactly is JBL Pure Bass sound?
It is the sound signature the brand has been fine-tuning for more than sixty years for concert halls and studios: punchy, powerful bass, reproduced here by two 9 mm drivers, one per ear. A profile tailored to modern music rather than neutral listening.
Does the flat cable really prevent knots?
That is what it is for: a flat cable does not coil up on itself like a round cable, and this one is also described as durable. It measures 111.3 cm, a length that leaves your phone in your pocket without tugging on your ears at every step.
Can you control music and calls from the cable?
Yes, with a one-button remote and a built-in microphone. The same button controls playback and answers calls on the fly: your phone can stay at the bottom of your bag for the whole journey or the whole conversation.
Which ear tip sizes are supplied?
Three: S, M and L, in the box with the pair of earphones. Try them all before deciding — the ear tip determines the fit, how much bass you hear and how much outside noise stays out.
Do these earphones have active noise cancellation?
No. Isolation relies on the in-ear design and the ear tip, which seals the ear canal. This passive isolation works without a battery and as soon as you plug in, but how well it works depends entirely on choosing the right ear tip size.
Are these earphones suitable for video calls on a computer?
