Frequently asked questions about this product

Which devices does this hands-free kit work with?
Any device with a 3.5 mm jack — smartphone, tablet, computer, car radio. It is the most widespread connector, requiring no driver, no pairing and no battery.
Can you adjust the volume from the cable?
Yes: volume control is built into the cable, and a mic lets you take calls. You answer, then go back to your music without taking your phone out of your pocket.
Do you hear sound in both ears?
Yes, in stereo, in an in-ear design. Calls therefore come through in both ears too, which is more comfortable than a mono kit as soon as a conversation goes on for a while.
Is there active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction comes solely from the in-ear design, which sits in the ear canal and cuts out some of the background noise. This passive isolation works as soon as you plug in, with no battery or settings.
Is it available in several colours?
Yes, two: black and white, to choose from on the product page. Each colour has its own Samsung reference, with identical specifications from one colour to the other.
How long is the warranty on this kit?
It is new and genuine, and the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 month. That is the period that applies to this reference, much shorter than the usual year: worth knowing before you buy. The reference is EO-HS1303BEGWW.
