How do you wear the Samsung Level U?
They are wireless in-ear earbuds, using Bluetooth, with stereo sound in both ears. The design is described as refined and they are very comfortable to wear, even for long periods.
Are they suitable for business calls?
That is their main use: a mic is built in and the model is classed for calls and remote working. Sound quality during conversations is the highlighted feature, even ahead of music listening.
Do they have active noise cancellation?
No. Noise reduction depends solely on the in-ear design, which sits in the ear and cuts out some of the background noise. It is passive isolation, enough for an office, less so for a very noisy environment.
Are they available in several colours?
Yes, three: black, gold and white, to choose from on the product page. Each colour has its own Samsung reference, but the specifications are the same from one colour to the other.
How long is the warranty on these earbuds?
They are new and genuine, and the invoice serves as the warranty document for 1 month. That is the period that applies to this reference, much shorter than the usual year: worth knowing before you buy. The reference is EO-BG920BBEGWW.
