PoE+: 8 × 802.3at PoE+ ports delivering up to 30 W per port, with a total budget of 123 W — the power needed to run eight demanding devices simultaneously (PTZ cameras, dual-band Wi-Fi access points, IP phones).
Installation: plug-and-play, no configuration. Compact desktop format, fanless for silent operation, maximum power consumption of 141 W at full PoE load.

What PoE budget does the TL-SG1210MP offer?
123 W in total, up to 30 W per port in PoE+ 802.3at, on eight of the ten ports. Enough to power eight standard cameras or phones, or four demanding devices such as motorised cameras and dual-band Wi-Fi access points.
What is this switch's SFP combo port for?
To connect the switch over optical fibre to a video recorder, a remote rack or another building. It works over fibre or copper, never both at once, and the optical module is chosen according to the fibre in place.
Does the TL-SG1210MP need configuring?
No: it is an unmanaged model. No VLANs or web interface: you plug it in, PoE activates automatically when compatible devices are detected, and Auto MDI/MDI-X removes any need for a crossover cable.
Is this 123 W PoE switch silent?
Yes: it has no fan. Delivering 123 W without active cooling does, however, mean it must not be shut in: leave it room to breathe, as it dissipates up to 482 BTU/h at full load.
How much power should I allow for this switch?
141.4 W maximum, once the 123 W of PoE is being delivered. It is this figure, not the idle consumption, that should be used to size the UPS of a small video surveillance installation.
What performance does the TL-SG1210MP offer?
20 Gbps switching capacity, with a 4,000-entry MAC address table in store-and-forward mode and 802.3x flow control. All ten ports can therefore work together with no internal bottleneck.
How much space does this switch take up?
126 × 209 × 26 mm, in a desktop format: it sits on a shelf or at the back of a network cabinet, next to the patch panel, and operates from 0 to 40 °C.
Is the switch new and covered by a warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. The TL-SG1210MP comes in a black case with status LEDs on the front, CE and FCC certified.
