How many of the TL-SG108PE's ports supply PoE?
Four out of eight, with a total budget of 55 W under the 802.3af standard — around 13 W per port if all four are loaded. The other four Gigabit ports carry data only.
How many VLANs can you create on this switch?
Up to 32, configured from the web interface. This is what sets this “managed” model apart from an unmanaged PoE switch: you can isolate cameras from workstations on a simple eight-port unit.
Can several ports be aggregated on this model?
Yes, with LACP link aggregation: two ports combined towards the router or a server double the available bandwidth and keep the link up if a cable fails. Quality of service completes the feature set.
How much electrical power does this switch draw?
