A high-power online UPS for critical infrastructure: online double conversion, 6000 VA / 6000 W, rack format. Technology & protection: power is fully and continuously regenerated — the equipment is never exposed to the mains, with zero transfer time. Complete protection against outages, surges, voltage fluctuations and electrical noise. Power: 6000 VA for 6000 W of real power (power factor of 1) — all of the rated power is available in watts, enough for a full server rack. Runtime: its battery takes over during a power cut, giving you time to shut the servers down cleanly; runtime can be extended with additional battery modules. Outlets: 6 C13 outlets + 4 heavy-duty C19 outlets; terminal block input. Active cooling, to be installed in a rack or technical room. Designed, for example, for server racks or data centres. Remember to check how much power your equipment draws and to choose the rating according to the runtime you need.

Frequently asked questions about this product
Does this 6 kVA unit really deliver 6000 W?
Yes: its power factor is 1, so the full 6000 VA is available in watts. On a UPS at 0.8, only 4800 would be left — that is 1200 W less equipment for the same rack.
How long does the SRT6KRMXLI run on battery?
8 minutes at 50% load, i.e. 3000 W, and 5 minutes at 70%, i.e. 4200 W. A full recharge, on the other hand, is very fast: 1 h 30.
How does the SRT6KRMXLI connect to the electrical installation?
Via a 3-wire terminal block on the input — phase, neutral, earth: it is a hardwired connection, to be entrusted to an electrician. The output offers both outlets and hardwired terminal-block output.
Is the network management card supplied?
Yes, a Web/SNMP management card is supplied — which is rare, as it is almost always sold separately. It comes with a temperature probe to monitor the room from the same interface.
Which outlets does the SRT6KRMXLI have?
Six C13 outlets, four heavy-duty 16 A C19 outlets and two IEC jumpers, plus the terminal-block output. C19 is the format for high-current equipment.
How much rack space does the SRT6KRMXLI take up?
4U high (17.4 cm), 43.2 cm wide and 71.9 cm deep, for 60 kg. This depth rules out shallow cabinets, and the weight means several people are needed to rack it, at the bottom of the cabinet.
Can the SRT6KRMXLI's runtime be extended?
Yes, with SRT192RMBP additional battery packs. This is the intended way to go beyond the eight nominal minutes without changing UPS.
Is the APC Smart-UPS SRT6KRMXLI new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document, for a period of 3 years. It delivers a pure sine wave, has an automatic and manual internal bypass, and runs at 55 dBA: to be installed in a technical room. The datasheet covers the rest.
