Runtime read load by load

With its two internal battery modules, the UPS lasts 79 minutes at 25 % load, 33 minutes at 50 % and 12.5 minutes at full load. One slot remains free for an E3SBT4 module: runtime then rises to 55 minutes at half load and 22.5 minutes at 15 kW.

The batteries inside the cabinet

With the door open, the sealed lead-acid battery modules sit below the electronics, on a 240 V bus. The output is regulated to ± 1.5 % with less than 3 % distortion, and the UPS accepts an input of 304 to 477 V without switching to battery. A dust filter is supplied for dusty rooms.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does it last on battery?
33 minutes at half load, i.e. 7.5 kW, and 12.5 minutes at a full load of 15 kW. At 25 % load, runtime rises to 79 minutes. These times apply to the UPS with its two internal battery modules, with no added module.
Can the runtime be extended?
Yes: the UPS keeps a free slot for an E3SBT4 battery module. With this module, runtime rises to 55 minutes at half load and 22.5 minutes at full load, against 33 and 12.5 minutes with the original batteries alone.
Is a three-phase supply required?
Yes: it is a 3:3 UPS, three-phase at input and output. It connects to a 400 V grid, or 380 and 415 V, and accepts an input voltage of 304 to 477 V. Its input current reaches 28 A at most, to be provided for at the electrical panel by an electrician.
Can several UPSs be combined?
Yes, up to four Easy UPS 3S units in parallel, to increase the available power or for redundancy, each unit being able to take over from another. You can start with a single unit and add the next ones as the load grows.
How can it be monitored remotely?
Through a Network Management Card 3, available as an option, which fits in the UPS's dedicated slot. The unit also has a USB port. Without a card, the UPS is managed locally and from a computer connected over USB.
What footprint and weight should be planned?
380 mm wide, 928 mm deep and 1400 mm high, for 436 kg. It is a cabinet on casters and leveling feet, to be installed in a room whose floor can carry this load, between 0 and 40 °C. A dust filter is supplied for dusty environments.
