A high-end, high-power online UPS for critical infrastructure: online double conversion, 11 kVA / 10 kW. Technology & protection: power is fully and continuously regenerated — the equipment is never exposed to the mains, with zero transfer time. Maximum protection against outages, surges, voltage fluctuations and electrical noise. Power: 11 kVA for 10 kW of real power (0.9 power factor) — almost all of the rated power is available in watts. Runtime can be extended with external battery cabinets. Ports: 4 heavy-duty C19 outlets + terminal block; three-phase input connection. USB port, serial port and slot for an SNMP network card. Active cooling (≈ 50 dB), to be installed in a technical room. LCD display: shows load, battery level and remaining runtime at a glance — so you can monitor the UPS without any software. Designed, for example, for server racks, data centres or network equipment. Remember to check how much power your equipment draws and to choose the rating according to the runtime you need.

Frequently asked questions about this product
Does the 9PX 11000i require a three-phase supply?
Yes: the input is three-phase at 380, 400 or 415 V, while the output remains single-phase. The accepted range is 305 to 480 V without derating, and up to 175-480 V with derating of power.
How long does the 9PX 11000i last on battery?
13 minutes at 50% load, i.e. 5000 W, and 9 minutes at 70%, i.e. 7000 W. Runtime can be extended with automatically detected external battery modules.
Is the maintenance bypass supplied with the 9PX 11000i?
Yes, an external maintenance bypass is supplied with the unit: it lets you remove the UPS for servicing or replacement without cutting power to the servers.
Does this 11 kVA unit deliver 10 kW of usable power?
Yes, thanks to a 0.9 power factor: 11,000 × 0.9 = 10,000 W. The 9PX also has built-in input power factor correction, which limits the harmonics sent back onto the three-phase grid.
Can two 9PX 11000i units be run in parallel?
Yes: a DB15 connector is provided for paralleling two UPSs, which lets you either double the power or build redundancy into critical infrastructure.
What efficiency does the 9PX 11000i reach?
Up to 95%, and 98% in high-efficiency mode. On a 10 kW machine running around the clock, every point of efficiency means around a hundred watts less heat to remove.
What outputs does the 9PX 11000i offer?
Four heavy-duty 16 A C19 outlets, plus a terminal block output for fixed wiring. The output voltage can be set to 200, 208, 220, 230, 240 or 250 V, within ±1%.
Is the Eaton 9PX 11000i (9PX11KIBP31) new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document. It weighs 88 kg, stays below 50 dBA, delivers a sine wave and shows its status on a multilingual graphic LCD screen. The datasheet covers the rest.
