1 year manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 1 year by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this product

Does this 48-port model power devices over PoE?
No: the RG-NBS3200-48GT4XS is the non-PoE version. Its 48 Gigabit ports carry data only. Cameras and access points that need power therefore require an injector, or the PoE version in the range with its 370 W budget.
What are the 4 SFP+ ports on this switch for?
They are the 10 Gbps uplinks to the network core: 48 Gigabit access ports are not squeezed through a single output. Switching capacity reaches 216 Gbps for 132 Mpps, enough for them all to work together.
How many VLANs does this switch support?
4,094 VLANs, across the full ID range, assignable by port, by MAC address or by IP subnet, with a voice VLAN dedicated to telephony. The MAC address table holds 16,000 entries.
How does the switch protect the network against a loop?
With STP, RSTP and MSTP, complemented by loop prevention with notification and automatic recovery of error-disabled ports. Broadcast, multicast and unknown unicast storm suppression prevents a burst from flooding all 48 ports.
What protection against address spoofing is provided?
IP Source Guard, ARP anti-spoofing and DHCP snooping: a machine can neither pass itself off as the gateway nor hand out fake addresses. Access control lists and per-port rate limiting complete the set-up.
Is this chassis noisy, and what electrical protection does it offer?
Two side fans provide active cooling: it belongs in a rack cabinet or a comms room. Each port is protected against surges up to 6 kV, which matters when the cabling runs across several buildings.
How can this switch be managed remotely?
Through Ruijie Cloud or the local web interface. The self-organising network also detects connected IP cameras and applies a suitable policy to them, which makes it easier to monitor a video surveillance installation spread over several floors.
What internal performance does this 48-port chassis deliver?
216 Gbps switching capacity and 132 Mpps, with a 16,000-entry MAC address table: the 48 Gigabit ports and the 4 links at 10 Gigabit can all work at the same time without internal congestion.
Is the switch new, and where can I view its datasheet?
