A high-power online UPS for critical infrastructure: online double conversion, 10 kW / 10 kVA. Technology & protection: power is constantly rebuilt — the equipment receives flawless power without ever touching the mains, with zero transfer time. Maximum protection against outages, surges, voltage fluctuations and electrical noise. Power: 10 kVA for 10 kW of real power (power factor of 1) — all of the rated power is available in watts, enough for a full server rack. Outlets: 6 C13 outlets + 4 heavy-duty C19 outlets + terminal block connection. Pure sine wave output; active cooling (≈ 55 dB), to be installed in a technical room. LCD display: shows load, battery level and remaining runtime at a glance — so you can monitor the UPS without any software. Designed, for example, for server racks, data centres and critical infrastructure. Remember to check how much power your equipment draws and to choose the rating according to the runtime you need.

Frequently asked questions about this product
Does this 10 kVA UPS really deliver 10 kW?
Yes: its power factor is 1, so the full 10,000 VA is available in watts. On a UPS with a 0.8 power factor, only 8000 would remain — that is 2000 W less equipment for the same footprint.
Does the SRT10KXLI accept single-phase or three-phase input?
Both: fixed connection as 3-wire single-phase (230 V) or 5-wire three-phase (400 V), depending on the installation. In both cases it is fixed wiring, with no plug, to be done by an electrician.
Are all the SRT10KXLI's outputs battery-backed?
Yes, all of them: six C13 outlets, four heavy-duty C19 outlets, three IEC jumpers and the 3-wire terminal block output are all powered by the battery. No output is limited to surge protection only.
Is the network management card included?
Yes, a Web/SNMP management card is supplied — which is rare, as it is almost always sold separately. It comes with a temperature probe, so you can monitor the room temperature from the same interface.
How long does it take to recharge the batteries after an outage?
1 hour 30 minutes for a full recharge — remarkably fast for this power rating. This shortens the window during which a second outage would find you with no reserve.
How much space does the SRT10KXLI take up, and how much does it weigh?
26.3 cm wide, 71.5 cm deep and 43.2 cm high, weighing 111.8 kg — 126.8 kg with packaging. The weight and access to the room are the two points to sort out even before the wiring.
Can you work on the UPS without powering down the racks?
Yes, thanks to its automatic and manual internal bypass, and conversely an emergency power off switch lets you cut everything in one move. The surge protector absorbs 480 joules.
What battery does the SRT10KXLI use, and how is it replaced?
A sealed, maintenance-free lead-acid battery with suspended electrolyte, whose replacement part number is APCRBC140. The internal battery is covered for two years.
Is the APC Smart-UPS SRT SRT10KXLI new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document, for 3 years. It delivers a sine wave output, accepts an input of 160 to 275 V between 40 and 70 Hz, and stays below 55 dBA: it belongs in a technical room. The datasheet covers the rest.
Fifteen minutes of runtime at full load, internal batteries included. Dust filter and conformal-coated boards: it is made for demanding premises, on a three-phase 400 V input tolerated from 304 to 477 V.
