3 years manufacturer's warranty

This product is covered for 3 years by a manufacturer's warranty (the brand's official warranty). Your iris.ma invoice serves as the warranty document: keep it safe.

A problem with your product? Don't worry: contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. Depending on the brand, we direct you either straight to the repairer appointed by the brand to fix your product, or to us — and we take care of the rest.

  • If a repair is possible, it is carried out free of charge.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, the brand offers an exchange for another product.
  • If no product is available, a refund is issued as soon as the brand confirms it.

Frequently asked questions about this product

How long does the Echo Pro 1000 run on battery?
6 minutes at 50% load, i.e. 400 W, and 19 minutes at 25%. Recharging then brings the battery back to 90% in 4 hours. As with any UPS, it is the actual load, not the VA rating, that determines the runtime.
What input voltage does the Echo Pro 1000 accept?
From 80 to 300 V — an exceptionally wide window. On a grid that regularly sags to low voltage, the UPS keeps regenerating the power instead of switching to battery and draining it within a few cycles.
Is this UPS compatible with a Synology NAS?
Yes, compatibility is stated: connected via USB HID, the NAS detects the power cut and shuts itself down cleanly before the battery runs out. This is the feature that avoids a volume rebuild on restart.
Is the output of the Echo Pro 1000 a pure sine wave?
Yes, a pure sine wave, continuously regenerated by double conversion. Your equipment is never connected directly to the mains and there is no transfer time when a power cut occurs.
Can the Echo Pro 1000 be used behind a generator?
Yes, generator compatibility is stated. Combined with the 80 to 300 V input range, this makes it a serious candidate where the grid is frequently interrupted and a generator takes over.
Why does 1000 VA only give 800 W?
The output power factor is 0.8: 800 W actually available for 1000 VA. That is much better than the 0.6 of entry-level UPSs. On the input side, however, the power factor reaches 0.99: the UPS puts virtually no disturbance back onto the upstream grid.
How many outlets does the Echo Pro 1000 have, and are they battery-backed?
Three Schuko outlets, all both battery-backed and surge-protected. The input surge protector is rated at 220 joules.
Can an online UPS stay in an office?
This one, yes: it is rated at less than 40 dB, which is low for a double-conversion unit. Its ECO mode also reaches 96% efficiency when the mains is clean, which limits the heat given off.
How do you monitor the Echo Pro 1000 or cut it off in an emergency?
Four interfaces: USB HID, RS-232, SNMP for network monitoring and an EPO emergency power off contact. The PowerGuide and PowerMaster software handle monitoring and automatic shutdown of the machines.
Does the UPS restart on its own after an extended power cut?
Yes, restart and recharging are automatic when power returns. In the meantime, its LCD screen shows the load, battery level and any faults, with no software required.
Is the nJoy Echo Pro 1000 UPS new and under warranty?
Yes, new equipment, with the invoice serving as the warranty document, for 3 years. The tower unit measures 327 × 140 × 190 mm and weighs 9.13 kg; the datasheet details all the protection features.
